"Wonderful location, rooms, amenities, breakfast, and housekeeping staff. -1 star because the front desk staff did not properly assist us with ordering a cab for our departure and we ended up in an unlicensed taxi that picked us up directly in front of our hotel, and overpaying significantly for our taxi trip. At other hotels at this price point and reputation, there is staff that helps you with not only cab ordering/hailing, but proper identification and bag loading. We were very disappointed Reisen did not support us when at other times we observed the hotel assisting guests in this manner."

Mini bar seemed to consist of a small bottle of wine and a packet of crisps - these are not complimentary. Rooms are on the small side, but clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for short breaks in Stockholm."
