Views from the room with private patio and from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner were to die for. With Etna looking there too was really cool. Great gym and underground parking too."

Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience. "
