Creeria que por el Valor ofrecido que fue bajo, me toco una habitación mas que Terrible, que No me puedo quejar, pero No hace Alusión a la publicidad, solo eso… La sección que me colocaron es muy antigua y no tenían Elevador y yo justo con problemas de Columna tuve que llevar mi maleta por las escaleras, yo No pedi ayuda pero también No me fue Ofrecida!! La ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo y la atención también muy amable y ágil el personal!! Pero realmente fue el mejor/menor precio!! Esa experiencia si me gusto!!

Ficamos sem água praticamente os 4 dias de hospedagem. Para banho disponibilizaram um banheiro “ comunitário “ que é usado pelos funcionários. Fazíamos fila de hóspede com seus utensílios de banho e toalhas na recepção e esperávamos a fila para tomar banho, a vergonha. Teve dia q teve água mas após se molhar e iniciar o banho a água acabou e tivemos q ir no banheiro comunitário de toalhas pelo hotel, estava com 2 crianças. Pedimos solução, a gerência não fez nada, alguns andares tinha água, mas no nosso não, escovar os dentes ou tomar banho era maratona a qualquer horário do dia. Nunca imaginei usar banheiro comunitário, me senti num posto de combustível implorando para tomar banho. Nunca passei tanta raiva e vergonha numa viagem. O que era para ser uma viagem de turismo virou um pesadelo.

Achei bom o custo beneficio pela localização. Peguei um quarto com ar condicionado. O café da manhã foi bom e com muita variedade. O quarto não tinha mesa e cadeira, mas solicitei na recepção e disponibilizaram na manhã seguinte.

Everything was absolutely dirty. I felt like in a horror movie where you know you’ll die. No double lock, mold everywhere, cockroaches, pillow already orange of dirty, not even the mirror was clean.

o quarto e o banheiro eram bastante desatualizados, mas a cama era boa e os lençois e toalhas bem limpos. No ultimo dia choveu bastante na cidade e acabamos percebendo uma pequena goteira perto da porta do quarto, mas nada que tenha prejudicado a estadia. O café da manhã era muito bom, a região muito segura e o estacionamento interno gratuito era uma boa vantagem deste hotel.

Vamos lá, a localização do hotel é boa mas falta muita coisa em relação a estrutura, o café da manhã é ok! O pessoal da recepção não é nada receptivo inclusive as meninas, os rapazes são ok, talvez elas não tenham tido um treinamento adequado pra função o que é normal! O chuveiro não parava de pingar água e o barulho era bem chato tivemos que pedir pra irem lá arrumar, as janelas dos quartos em condições horríveis, as camas bem antigas e não tinha lugar pra guardar roupas ou coisa do tipo, ah não ser alguns cabides lá! Eram 4 camas de solteiro os lençóis estavam ok mas o quarto bem precário! Não tinha internet, ficamos os 3 dias de estadia lá sem internet e ninguém conseguiu explicar o pq, não tem interfone no quarto então se você pedir alguma coisa no ifood tem que ter noção que horas chega! Cobraram uma taxa do hotel que em momento algum foi explicado aqui do que era essa taxa, sempre vamos em foz e nenhum hotel cobra essa taxa! Enfim não voltaria

Quarto muito básico, sem espelho de corpo. Checkin demorou 40 minutos para ser realizado. Cobraram 27,00 no checkin alegando taxa de serviço, mas não estava especificado na reserva e a recepcionista também não soube explicar. Eu paguei para não me indispor logo na chegada.

Muito bem localizado e aconchegante sem contar os funcionários que são muito atenciosos em especial a Gisele muito atenciosa e prestativa, o café da manhã tbm maravilhosa tudo fresquinho e todo dia uma variedade de coisas fiquei 5 dias muito bem pra quem pensa em custo benefício é maravilhoso
