All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you.
My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak.
First room bolt came out of door hinge so I got locked in. They fixed the issue fast. Then the toilet slowly stopped working and eventually completely stopped at 5am. Sent security for some reason to try to fix it although he could not and maintenance was not in until 7am. Moved me to another smaller room which was dirty. Hotel proceeded to argue with me that because I booked third party I could not get my money back just a discount on my next stay. Called third party site myself to see if this is accurate information in which they informed me it was not and I would be getting my money back.
The check in process was great. They were able to change our room from a king to 2 queens with no problem. The rooms were very clean & spacious. The overall hotel was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
The room was very clean and comfortable (and quite large!). I also appreciated that the heat/AC was quiet compared to most other places I've stayed. Minor drawbacks: There was some confusion on the part of the front desk staff about whether there was a full breakfast buffet available (there wasn't, maybe because the hotel wasn't full enough?). The toiletries had an oddly strong smell, and one that (also oddly) seemed more oriented toward businessmen. A more neutral, less strong scent would have been good.
This hotel is not very enjoyable. The front desk people were consistently not even trying to be friendly, being transactional at best and rude at worst. No smile or small talk. The construction makes it even worse. Rooms are small and dated. The only thing I enjoyed was being able to open the window a bit to get some fresh air. I wouldn’t recommend it.
We stayed in the remodeled King size room which was a very decent size. Bed is firm. Good pillows. The bathroom is tight. The toilet, sink, and shower are basically on top of eachother so no big movements in the bathroom but it was fine. Good full size bottle of lotion in the bathroom. Mini fridge was convenient. The floor was quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night. Room was impeccably clean.

This is wonderful hotel and I have stayed here at least one night for many years. It is 45 minutes from Boston-Logan and does not have a parking fee. The renovated room was great with nice floor finish, contemporary style, comfortable beds and pillows, nice toiletries in bathroom, a desk with chair which is a must. Would stay here for several more years to come.
Our check in was amazing. Neeven was so sweet. She had a fruit platter delivered to our room for our anniversary. She was so nice. Our room was amazing. Corner room with double windows. The room was just renovated. Bed was comfortable. Had a fridge, but no freezer. Definitely would come back again.
We had gone back here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations , so many tings were not quite as they should be. The check in desk was a tiny little desk when you walk in. To get to the elevators you had to go through the bar and the restaurant ( both of which were dead). The pool was closed. The hallways were extremely hot and very stuffy as if they weren't air conditioned. If you wanted ice you had to go back down to the first floor. The room was fine but it was all the little things that took away from it.
