O hotel está em reforma, o quarto apesar de aconchegante e ter uma boa cama, estava metade com pintura antiga e a outra metade com pintura nova, mas no geral tudo Ok. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem boa variedade!

Precisa melhorar a estrutura

Tivemos um desconforto em relação ao hotel, Wi-Fi pessimo e sem velocidade, fomos orientados pela manha levar os notebooks para a area do cafe da manha, alem do wifi nao conseguir comportar a velocidade minima necessária, tivemos que sair do ambiente por estar em obras impossibilitando de fazer nossas reuniões, pois trabalhamos home office então fomos para o quarto e tivemos que rotear nossos celulares para conseguir usar a internet, nem no periodo da noite conseguimos assistir qualque streaming, pessoal do hotel e muito simpatico, muito solicito, mas a estrutura em si deixa muito a desejar, sendo que na minha opinião ja foi um dos melhores de franca, café da manhã é bom e bem feito, mas infelizmente por esse transtorno pretendemos nao voltar mais e optar por outros.

O quarto 01, que deveria ser um quarto triplo na verdade foi um outro quarto somente com uma cama de casal, bem menor do que o da foto do anúncio. Além de conter mofos nas paredes e uma cortina muito empoeirada. O quarto 02 era o quarto do anúncio porém o AR Condicionado não estava funcionando. Foi solicitada a troca porém sem sucesso.

Razoável

Atendimentos pessimo e tive problema com a porta. Os quatros são confortáveis para dormir, mas esteticamente não são tão bons, principalmente as fiações, o ar condicionado é da idade da pedra mas por outro lado a cama é super confortável, a TV é boa e os banheiros são limpos, senti falta de um cobertor pois oque tinha era um de pelúcia cinza é particularmente eu acho que cobertores de hotel devam ser brancos. O café da manhã estava perfeito mas tive um problema com a porta, ela simplesmente nao abria depois do café da manhã, tive que descer duas vezes para pedir que liberassem e mesmo assim foi uma dor de cabeça. Não recomendo, creio que tem lugares melhores em Franca, um que amo e o Tow3r.
