“A great location to visit the various wineries. Hotel very comfortable - except for the lack of air con (which we were told is not allowed until mid May?). Roberta was a fabulous host and helped when we needed it. Would recommend and come back for sure.Also a shout out to Fabio who drove us and helped a lot. ”

“We liked the location away from any busy streets, and it was very easy to find. It is a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant open for dinner, as they were undergoing renovations. We did have a lovely breakfast on the terrace on the morning we left. All the staff was efficient and helpful.”

“The outside of the place is not very appealing really needs some work, the room wasn't too bad, decent size and decent bathroom but the carpet in the rooms and hallways was old, loose and dirty. It isn't very good when you don't want to touch the buttons in the elevator because you can see how grimy they are, it is the little things that often count. I don't see how or why a hotel doesn't see things that are run down or just plain dirty. But overall it is near the lake and at least in October...
