The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient, next to the main train station, bus/tram stops, grocery stores and restaurants. The only thing was that the AC did not work. Luckily the days during which I stayed was not hot and opening the window was enough to keep it cool.

This hotel truly stands out among many others. It starts with the blackout blinds and air conditioning, which, together with the great mattresses, made for an excellent night’s sleep. But what really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. From the exceptionally helpful front desk team to Layla and the amazing breakfast staff, as well as the excellent housekeeping service, everyone made us feel welcome and well cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will fondly remember our stay.

Stay here every time I come to Frankfurt..Ideal location to main station and U-Bahn. Excellent shop opposite. Staff greet and acknowledge every time you arrive or depart. Many undesirables in the area all with major drug problems but they don't bother you..Always turn right when you leave the hotel and you won't see much of it. Excellent room rate. Will stay again..

A lovely, clean, comfortable single room which suited my needs. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk from the train station area (which please look into first if you’ve not been to Frankfurt before: it’s not for the faint hearted or for families I would suggest). Would stay here again as conveniently placed for the opera house but do have your street savvies on whilst walking around the area. I’d give a 5* review otherwise as I was very happy with my stay.

The staff was friendly, great breakfast and decent room but the hotel is located next to a zone full of drug addicts that yelled all night long which could have been not a problem but tho windows aren’t sound proof.
