The hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and the amenities were excellent. The hotel has a working paternoster elevator which was a fun quirk.

The location is good and the restaurant on the 7th floor has an excellent breakfast and was a very popular dinner venue. The room was ok / adequate but lacking a light in the table area so a bit tough to work for long periods.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the train station, the mall and lots of dining options. Room was very spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. The room I had though was facing another building so I did not have a view and it was a little dark, I also stayed during the weekend so on the Saturday night it was very loud due to the bar downstairs - hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Other than that had a great stay!

The Fleming Hotel is beautiful and the staff were great. One thing to be aware of is that parking at the hotel is limited and you are unable to reserve in advance. We were directed to a parking garage a few blocks from the hotel that charged $40 per night. This would have good to know in advance and would have influenced our hotel selection.

the bed and pillows were on the corridor side and the walls are thin, so I can hear walking, talking in the corridor or next door. the shower room and toilet are next to bed room without changing space. facility is old. shower room door was hard to close. the check-in was ok, but I guess the system or the information on expedia isn’t shared so I need to fill in a form which I haven’t done a while.(nowadays showing ID is enough most of the places.) checkout was a pain as well. the queue and I don’t know what the clerk was looking at the screen for but took a while. apart from above OK in general. the room was spacious. the location is great(close to city central and station).

The location is the best. I've stayed here a dozen times over the past 10 years. It's now falling apart. Carpet is stained in the hallways and the room, my shower drain was clogged and over flowed onto the bathroom floor and the room carpet. The ironing board fell apart the instant I picked it up. The mini bar that use to be great is unplugged and empty. The towels are very old and threadbare. They had one elevator in operation for 8 floors. Is that enough. I felt sad. I loved this place. And on top of all this there is an amazing amount of construction all around the hotel so all I hear is very loud construction noise starting at 7:30 in the morning and it's still pounding when I return from work at 5 pm.
