2-3 stars at most

2-3 star at best. Doorman didn’t help us take our bags up the stairs. Location is far from nice area. Carpets were filthy. No coffee or tea in the room so they have to bring it to you and they charge a huge service fee to do so. Frankfurt is a great city but I won’t come back to this hotel.

Personal sehr Freundlich und Bemüht. Tolle Lage direkt an der Messe und gut zu erreichen von der Autobahn. Für mich Parkgebühren zu hoch. 32€ die Nacht, Ok bei den Zimmerpreisen. Wo wir schon mal dabei sind, Zimmerpreise etwas zu teuer, dafür, dass das Zimmer sowie die Sanitären Anlagen doch schon in die Jahre gekommen sind, was nicht heißt das die Ab gerockt sind, sondern eher von Stiehl her, sehr sauber Preisleistung finde ich passt da nicht mehr ganz. Schlafkomfort toll. Leider ließ sich die Heizung nicht regulieren es war etwas zu kalt. Frühstück echt Top mit frischen Sachen sehr gut, Personal echt aufmerksam. Im ganzen nur zu empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Stadthotel mit familiär, persönlicher Note, geschmackvoller Einrichtung und exzellentem Service. Bereits beim Check-In wird man als ganz besonderer Gast behandelt, auch wenn dies mein erster Aufenthalt war. Jeder Wunsch, soweit erfüllbar, wird berücksichtigt und das gesamte Hotelteam schenkt dem Gast größte Aufmerksamkeit. Der Eingangsbereich verfügt über einen kleinen, schönen Wintergarten in dem man gerne Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten zu sich nehmen kann, eine kleine Lobbybar die tagsüber Gerichte und Getränke anbietet und zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Restaurant besticht durch eine exzellente Küche, ein wunderschönes, edles Ambiente und einen erstklassigen Service. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind einfach perfekt - geschmackvolle Einrichtung, größte Sauberkeit, einzigartige Ausstattung durch Antiquitäten (die im gesamten Hotel vorhanden sind), ein Platz an dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann und in den Betten schläft man wie ein Baby (ganz toll!!). Ein ruhiger Spa- und Fitnessbereich lädt zum Relaxen und Beautybehandlungen ein (als ein kleines Manko wie bei den meisten Stadthotels ist leider kein Pool vorhanden). Im Untergeschoss des Hotels befindet sich die "Jimmy's Bar" - eine der Schönsten und Gemütlichsten die ich jemals erleben durfte. Hier wird abends Live-Musik angeboten und man kann bei einem vom Barkeeper gezauberten Cocktail den Abend ausklingen lassen. Leider verfügt sie über keinen gesonderten Raucherbereich, was sehr aufdringlich sein kann.

Conveniently located right next to a subway station but also easy walking distance from the main train station. Also, everything in the mini-bar was complimentary. And there is a very nice cigar bar downstairs.

Bei diesem Frühstücksangebot könnte ich den ganzen Vormittag verbringen. Brunch sozusagen, aber viel gediegener und schöner - wie aus einer Zeit, als diese Wort noch nicht erfunden war. Leider trotz allem sehr hochpreisig und auf Geschäftskosten nicht vertretbar.

Beware!

This is a hotels.com VIP Hotel, which has perks like free upgrades, early check-in.... for gold member, like myself. Unfortunately after getting a confirmation that they would not charge for an upgrade after we checked in, they still went ahead and charged my credit card, even I have expressed my concerns when we checked out , the receptionist lady simply said " I dont know I wasn't here...", "we have nothing to do with hotels.com". I tried emailing the hotel manager and no response at all. Luckily hotels.com reviewed the case and took prompt action to show what true customer service are with their members. will definitely NOT return and make your trip more pleasant by staying elsewhere. Note: The cleaning lady did an excellent job cleaning our room and amazing customer service at the Jimmyz Jazz bar in the basement.

It is located opposite Messe area, at a 5 min tram journey to the centre. Easy parking, quick check in and check out. Quiet, despite being on the main road. Very spacious Comfort Double Room and bathroom. Quality materials and nice decorations throughout. The fridge was filled with free beers and soft drinks – a very pleasant surprise. Excellent breakfast, with a wide range of products. Very attentive and friendly staff.

스태프분들이 굉장히 친절하고 프로입니다. 미니바는 무료제공인데 음료 6종이제공됩니다. 출장기간중에 이런호텔은 처음입니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 식당과 번화가가밀집한 중심부에서는 다소거리가있다는 점입니다. 그런부분크게중요시하지않는분이라면 숙소 그자체로는 충분합니다.

Truly made our holiday in Frankfurt more memorable and more enjoyable. Staff was courteous, helpful, and very friendly. Room was very spacious and the bathroom quite possibly the nicest we’ve had. Walking the surrounding neighborhoods led to the discovery of several lovely restaurants and bakeries and left us feeling we’d managed to experience a little bit of the true Frankfurt. Would definitely stay here again.

How the other half lives !!

Lovely hotel but pricey for food and drink . If you book room only be aware that the very nice breakfast comes with a hefty price tag of €37 .Perhaps if you are worrying about food and drink prices this lovely hotel is not for you .
