We really enjoyed the close location to the train station. It was walkable to many restaurants and the Christmas market. The room was recently updated. My only complaint is the room did not have an area to open our suitcases, it was too small. So they were blocking the door.

Clean, spacious room in upscale property within walking distance of river front and Christmas Market. Desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was expensive, but had extensive offerings and great quality. Dinner was delicious. Beds are on the firm side. No view from our window. Problem with bathroom door handle. Avoid street behind hotel that leads to train station.

We had a wonderful stay at the Le Meridien in Frankfurt. The location near the train station and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and the river is outstanding. The inside was recently renovated and they did a lovely job. We had a junior suite and it was spacious and comfortable and clean. It also looked out at the skyline which was lovely - especially at night and early morning. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the breakfast at the hotel and it was truly amazing. They had eggs prepared to order, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, baked tomatoes, fruit, cereal, yogurt, an assortment of breads - savory and sweet. There was cheese and jelly and jam and delicious coffee! Everything was upscale and beautifully presented.

The hotel was great and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only knock on the hotel is that the Air Conditioner wasn’t like it is in the US. But, if you travel enough to Europe, you probably already know this.

Great stay, but we booked the property next door, Le Meridien. Was not made aware that property was under construction. It is actually a Marriott property we stayed at, Expedia needs to share that information when booking. Staff was helpful and personable. Room and staff were great, great atmosphere in Bar / Restaurant at night!!! Once you step outside the hotel and turn towards the Train Station- that’s when you realize it is unsafe area. Turn Left from Hotel Lobby and area is Fine.

The staff was quite kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast was only okay for the price ($38 euros per person if you pay morning of). In hindsight, we would have gotten breakfast somewhere else.

We liked the proximity to the train station. We liked that our Viator tour picked us up at the front door. We did not like the general area, feeling somewhat unsafe.

From the moment I walked in the lobby, the staff was top notch. Very friendly, greeted me with a glass of juice and checked in with ease. Took me to the elevator and escorted me to my room. I appreciated that since I was a senior lady traveling alone

Nice Hotel, easy to find, walkable from train station ! A bit noisy at night....but the double glass window works! Did not try breakfast because need to get early train.....but you definitely find a nice coffee and pretzel at train station !

The hotel is just fine. It is five minutes from the Hauptbahnhof and about a 15 minute walk from the Romer area and is near the river. People we nice and the room as just fine. It is a standard American hotel room, so functional but nothing special. Note breakfast price is outrageous.
