Für uns war es in Ordnung.

Für den Preis zur Messe Zeit völlig in Ordnung. Netter Chef. Asia Restaurant gibt es nichr mehr jetzt Pizzeria. Wer Luxus will muss halt mehr bezahlen.

Als wir das Hotel betraten, bemerkten wir schon einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der Herr an der Anmeldung schien sehr desinteressiert und sah auch so aus, als ob er eigentlich nicht dort hingehörte. Das Zimmer roch zum Glück nicht so, ansonsten wären wir auch nicht geblieben. Gemütlich war das Zimmer absolut nicht. Die Bettwäsche war mit kleineren Flecken und Fusseln versehen. Das Bad ist veraltet, der Toilettenpapierhalter fiel fast von der Wand, der Wasserhahn spritzte, die Steckdose war lose und die Armatur war auch nicht sauber. Das Fernsehbild war sehr schlecht und eine Klimaanlage, wie in der Hotelbeschreibung angegeben, gibt es gar nicht. Das Personal hat sich lautstark bis 0.30 h im Flur unterhalten und nächsten Abend wurde gehämmert. Einziges Plus ist das kostenlose Welan. Frühstück haben wir erst gar nicht gebucht. Noch einmal würde ich das Hotel nicht buchen.

It was nice. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. But the ladies at the front office were very nice and offer to help us. It was good for staying close to Frankfurt Airport.

De eerste kamer die ik toegewezen kreeg was minder ivm hygiëne. Maar nadat het bestuur (de eigenaar en eigenares) hier van op de hoogte kwamen, werd hier direct serieus op gereageerd en werd mij direct een nieuwe kamer aangeboden en werd dit zelfs bij afrekenen gecompenseerd! Ik kan niet meer zeggen als dat de service top was, ongeacht mijn eerste ‘negatieve’ reactie via Expedia. Ik kreeg echt het gevoel dat ik er toe doe en zij dit echt oprecht niet vonden kunnen, dat mijn ervaring niet positief was. Keep the service like this! I will definitely come back as soon as i need an hotel in this area. A working traveller like me would like to stay in one, the same hotel which is ‘known’ to him/her.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Ich bekam sogar spätabends noch eine leckere Mahlzeit. Zimmer war auch sehr schön und sauber. Einzigster kleiner Wegmutstropfen: mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr nicht so günstig zu erreichen, man sollte am besten mit dem Auto anreisen.

Pessimo hotel: in camera c’era solo il letto. Mancavano il guardarobba, gli attaccapanni, nemmeno una sedia su cui appoggiate gli indumenti. Finestre senza tende, non c’era il phon e nemmeno un tappeto in bagno. Niente wifi. Da vergognarsi ad essere lì.

(+++): Saubere Zimmere (---): Kein Personal beim Check-in anzutreffen. Nach 15 Minuten warten schließlich zum Zimmer geführt worden. 1 Queensize-Bett für 2 Personen gebucht, aber ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten erhalten (Erklärung: Das Ganze Hotel hätte keine Queensize-Betten -> Warum dann Buchen möglich?!). Raucherbereich des Hotels war direkt neben Badezimmerfenster, früh morgens laute Gespräche aus dem Raucherbereich zu hören. Das Frühstück fand um 7Uhr statt, mit kläglicher Austattung, u. a. keine Milch für das Müsli.

Nie wieder

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out ein Desaster. Reservierung nicht gefunden, Zimmer eiskalt, unsauber und muffig. Für WLAN und Frühstückszeiten müsste man nachfragen. WLAN nur über 1 Router an der Rezeption, also im ersten Stock ständige Ausfälle. Keine Seife, keinerlei Zimmerservice (Handtücher, neues Toilettenpapier etc.), pro Bett nur eine dünne Sommerdecke, lediglich eine Deckenleuchte, man musste durchs komplette Zimmer im Dunkeln, Zimmertüren schließen nicht richtig, Frühstücksangebot sehr klein und unhygienisch (keine Kühlung, kein Spuckschutz), ich bin rückwärts wieder aus dem Frühstücksraum heraus und hab dort nichts gegessen. Wenn nichts anderes zu bekommen ist, für eine Nacht als Notlösung ok, länger auf keinen Fall! Einzig positiv: Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer und wieder herunter gebracht.
