We were set to arrive after the reception had closed so they gave us a code to get into the building and told us where the keys were. The rooms were clean and functional, we were only there for a few hours between flights but it was comfy and clean enough to get a few hours sleep.

Hotel is ok, not recommended during hot days as property does not provide air conditioning. The trasportation to the center is limited, 16 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

My 4th stay here. Really nice rooms, very clean. The gentleman who is the night porter is very friendly and helpful. The only downside to my stay was at check out. I expected to just hand over my key but was told by the lady on reception that I owed nearly 500 euros. I told her I had already paid and she replied curtly “no you haven’t”. I explained again that I had paid Expedia when I booked. She spent a few minutes clicking away at her computer and then said “oh yes, you have paid”. She could have done that before telling me I hadn’t paid. I got no apology. My advice, make sure you have your receipt from when you book.

Zentral für eine Geschäftsreise in Neu-Isenburg und gegenüber von Supermärkten und Bäckerei. Es fährt ein Bus direkt zum Flughafen und einer direkt zum Bahnhof Neu-Isenburg (S-Bahn). Zimmer schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit ausreichend Platz. Empfangspersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich bekam einen günstigen Preis ohne Stornierungsoption, ansonsten schon eher gehoben vom Preis.

Gute Unterkunft für Tagestouren

Waren nur zum Übernachten da, ohne Frühstück, das uns mit 18€/Person zu teuer war. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Einlass ins Hotel am Abend per Code, klappte ohne Probleme. Zimmer mit Bad war sauber, Betten ok, Fenster ließen keinerlei Fluglärm ins Zimmer. S-Bahn -Anschluss nach Frankfurt 15 Min. zu Fuss. Würden wir nochmal buchen.

Super Zentral an Frankfurt gelegen. Mit dem Taxi in knapp 10 Minuten am Stadion. Das komplette Personal war ausnahmslos Nett, Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Die Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Danke an das nette Team,das unseren Aufenthalt sehr sehr angenehm gestaltet hat!!! Wir waren zum NFL Spiel da,und können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen.
