Modern hotel with comfortable room and helpful staff. Opposite station so convenient for train into Frankfurt. Restaurant and bar very expensive so recommend looking elsewhere for food and drink.

Had a good stay here

Clean, a very kind staff(!), breakfast included, right next to the s bahn station (but no noise from it!), so it is very easy to arrive from the airport, to Frankfurt hdf, and actually everywhere once you have this station :) I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Das Hotel war echt super. Lediglich beim check-in war es sehr chaotich. VON den 2 Zimmer2 welche ich online gebucht habe stand nur eines zue Verfügung. Nach dem 2 Zimmer musste erst mal 10 Minuten gesucht werden. Allerdings war dann beim 2 Zimmer das Bett nicht bezogen und keine Handtücher im Bad. Dies wurde dann aber schnellstmöglich nachgeholt. Und beide Zimmer hatte ich mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück musste ich dann bar nachbezahlen. Die Online- Buchung hat die Rezeption gar nicht interessiert. Aber ansonsten alles Top.

Gut, aber hellhörig

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Es ist aber SEHR hellhörig, was bei einem recht neuen Gebäude in dieser Form überraschend ist. Die Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind weniger zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war, dafür, dass mit Schallgedämpften Zimmern geworben wird, zu laut. Jeder einzelne, der am Zimmer vorbei ging, war zu hören. Die Lüftung war ungewöhnlich laut und obwohl wohl so gedacht, nicht vom Zimmer aus gesteuert werden konnte, so dass der Herr an der Rezeption, sie Zentral ausmachen musste (und ich bin nicht wirklich Geräuschempfindlich).

Für den Besuch des Casal Forums ist die Lage des Hotels ideal, da auch eine Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr besteht. Das Bad ist sehr groß und geräumig, aber es fehlen Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelmatratzen , die jedoch stets leicht verrutschen.
