"We got there to check in at 2pm they canceled our reservation for no reason at all. Told us we could rebook and when I went to rebook the price was $500 more. So glad I had other options or they would have left us high and dry in the heart of New York City smh"

"The rooms are a good size and quiet, great location to times square and theatre district, staff are lovely, beds super comfy and handy 'shop' in the lobby. Unfortunately the lifts are a nightmare, everyone was complaining, breakfast the most chaotic I have ever come across - more like a scrum for food with people standing about eating with no where to sit. It's a free for all, I gave up and despite paying for breakfast didn't get anything. Sadly I wouldn't stay again, such a shame."

"I thought the hotel was very classy and it had everything that we needed. The rooms were a little small but there was air conditioning, blackout blinds, a coffee machine, a little fridge and a hair dryer. The shower was difficult to get right as it was either too hot or too cold. The roof top bar was a nice addition giving fantastic views over Times Square. The Hotel's location was fabulous. There was fresh drinking water available, in reception, as needed. There was a room for luggage storage....
