Great pillows and room was clean. Rugs are starting to look old but overall very nice stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Underwood-Hale. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It felt like a home away from home. We are very satisfied with our experience and would happily stay here again.

Charming place. Quiet, but close to activities and shops on Moody St.

Room was ok, front door was broken. Had to figure out how to get it. Just felt very clunky.

Though not small, seems like a nice town. We stayed there after a late night football game.
Nice to come back to my home town.
I did not explore Franklin, was here for business only.
Very nice town.
I doubt I would recommend this hotel, If there were more ladies like the house keeper and the breakfast lady I would stay there,
