"We booked the hotel through Expedia planning my daughter birthday. We were coming from out of state. We wanted to stay close to Briantree shopping mall and we planned it accordingly to the availability of a swimming pool, considering we had other hotels reserved, but this was the closest. I even call the front dest two days prior to our check in date asking if the pool was available. Someone at the front desk told me it was but the hot tub wasn't working. When we arrived i had ask if the pool was open. Unfortunately it wasn't and we had our friends already checked in and couldn't leave them for another hotel. During our stay, at 2am we encountered a mouse in a room. So we had to pack and move our belongings to a different room. Definitely wouldn't not recommend this hotel. Considering we even paid more compared the other hotel.we had reserved with a working pool. I tried to speak to a manager but he was not available and told him to contact me. I felt that wouldn't resolve my issue anyway. I expected better with the Hilton brand ! Now I know otherwise."

"The hotel and staff was amazing! Unfortunately Our tv and hotel phone was not working, We had called to see if they can fix it. But nobody came to our room! We also had tried to call room service but our food never came. "

"The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff upon check in was very good. Although after being a guest for 3 days, a woman at the front desk followed me to my car and stated that my dog was left in my car. I did put her there while I got ready to go out for the day. The front desk clerk, accompanied by a man in a fedora, told me she called the police & animal control!! What? For MY dog in MY car??? I had plans for the day, so I left with my dog, in my car; I did not see Police. What was that craziness about?? Insanity. It was Fri. 3/27/26 - 1st shift staff. She didn't give me her name or the name of the man in the plaid shirt with a straw fedora. Unprofessional. "

"Terrible experience. Our stay was from Thursday to Sunday, but we decided to leave on Saturday and forfeit the last night, which had already been paid, because the hotel conditions were unacceptable. On our second day, Friday morning, when we tried to take a shower, the water was completely BLACK, absolutely disgusting. I went to the front desk and was told that the issue was affecting the entire city due to some work being done on the water supply system. Later that same day, our bathroom started leaking from the ceiling, the same filthy water. I went back to the front desk, and the employee made no effort to help or improve our experience. She said the only thing she could do was call the manager. We were unable to shower that day. On the third day of our stay, in the afternoon, the manager came to our room to check the leak. Again, at no point were we offered a room change or any real solution. The manager simply said she would contact someone to take a look. By Saturday evening, we decided to leave, even though our stay was paid through Sunday. When we went to check out, the same employee from the previous day didn’t even look at us, she just took the keys and said we were good to go. Overall, the experience was terrible."
