AS an independent travel agent i would not recommend my vip guests to come here but will recommend for the regular customers/guest. The front desk workers are very welcoming friendly and helpful. the hotel doesn't do room service for breakfast; the room service for lunch or dinner is limited.

This is my fifth trip to Freetown, but my first staying here. It is far and away the best hotel I've stayed in. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but it was worth the extra cost. The staff were attentive and courteous. The menu was extensive and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained.

Honestly this is the Best Hotel ive stayed in Sierra Leone. Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. The Aberdeen Circle which is steps away from this hotel has easy access to ATM options, local phone sim & minutes top up, shops, and local transportation options to get anywhere.

I travel a lot for business but this little Gem in the heart of Freetown is absolutely perfect. The staff is well trained, polite and very thoughtful to everyone needs. Never stayed in a hotel where the housekeeping is so on point. JUST LOVE IT

I stayed at the HomeSuites for several nights while attending a nearby conference. The hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Water bottles were refreshed daily. The staff was attentive to any requests or questions. The restaurant (Swan) and the bar (Vanity) were both delicious and welcoming. I appreciate all efforts of the team to ensure the stay was enjoyable.

The staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. They are always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Our air conditioner was not working properly when we arrived. The manager ensured that a new one was installed - that’s what I call excellent customer service!
