"For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night.
Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "

"We booked one of the best suites (508 I guess).
I am a Gold Member of hotels.com
I have been there guest more than 3 times in the last 6 years, always booking the best suites. Actually very nice memories with my daughter there.
This last time I unfortunately left my solar power-bank when we left. I immediately called the hotel.
After a few hours they told me that they had found it, and that it would be stored in the lost found box. It would be stored for 3 months.
I have been there since three times asking for my power-bank and they say, they have seen it (even told me it was a black solar power-bank) but they no longer have it.
What kind of answer is that?
So ADVICE. Don´t forget your valuables there, cleaning might find them, but in the reception they will get lost!

"When i asked for toothbrush ,and sewing kit through the phone the lady answered me exactly go and bring for your self from the reception, i told her i am unable now to go down she said you to have to collect it by yourself self we dont have anybody to bring it to you.
When i went down she didnt find and said wait i will send it with someone, she even didnt say excise me or sorry for that.
Stuff was very bad, taught unfriendly "
