"Great hotel for staying at Europa Park! Close to the parks and easy to get to. They forgot to make up our room after requesting it, however, this was sorted quickly."

"We had a wonderful stay at Voya. The 2 bedroom villa was just as listed on the photos, very clean, and cozy and the most comfortable bedding I’ve slept on this trip. There is parking for the villas which was convenient. The location was very convenient to Europa Park which was the reason for our stay. There are a few restaurants and gas stations nearby making it a convenient stay. We did not the breakfast but they did have free coffee. There was not a laundry facility but we drove nearby to a wash me before departing. Everything was perfect except we did have someone come into the room unexpectedly while we were inside. He did apologize but this is definitely a safety concern that we could not lock and secure the room while inside."

"The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice hotel, the young lady that checked us is was especially helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a nice variety.i would 100% recommend this hotel."

"Clean roof, staff and hotel bar. A little way out from the Old Town but not a problem at all as there is a free bus service every 20 minutes from a bus stop outside the hotel. A great stay."

"It's a Hilton, so a lot as can be expected, of good quality. However, some stains on carpets and on the walls in the hotel and stains on the chair in the room. That was not expected. Service was great, staff were friendly and the hotel is close to trams, which is great."
