Doors were constantly slamming and halls were noisy. Laundry area was very small (1 washer & 1 dryer) and smelly due to trash unemptied Key card would not operate pool gate and pool seemed in need of cleaning. One elevator which was very slow The staff was great!

Location needed a lot of maintenance. Room was missing half the light bulbs, shower curtain was broken and haphazardly repaired, gum on the carpet in room, and badly done/patched up paint jobs. Broken tiles all over the lobby. Ownership needs to spend some money correcting problems. One positive - Housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay in a nicer part of town in the future. It wasn't very pricey, but it was not what I expected as we didn't aim for the bottom dollar.
