It was a very good hotel with this price, rewe is in vicinity and you can buy everything you need. The only thing I did not like was some unreal explanations about room, based on room description it was supposed to have a partial view to bodensee, but was not met, and bathroom facilities was not complete.

Good city hotel for good price/quality

I've been reading a lot of negative comments here. Definitely disagreeing. This might not be the perfect hotel, as nearly none is, but it was definitely a perfect price quality match. Good large clean room, good service and nice breakfast. No complaints at all!

It isn't a 4 stars hotel , max a 3 stars. No AC in the rooms, the rooms were loud, warm, humid in a level that sleeping as almost impossible. The window/door was broken and there were insects inside.

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer befand sich im Keller, die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, und bei Beanstandungen war kein Techniker im Haus verfügbar. Zudem standen keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse überraschend ist. Das Bett war mit 140 cm extrem klein für ein Doppelzimmer und insgesamt stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht. Für uns leider keine Empfehlung.

Am Anfang haben wir leider nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen . Wir haben sogar vorher angegeben das wir einen Jahrestag haben . Trotz desen obwohl wir einen Mobil Key bekommen haben für das Zimmer hat jemand anders das Zimmer vorher bekommen was ärgerlich war .Die hätten auch gesagt das sie Jahrestag haben obwohl das eine Frechheit war von den Gästen die das bestimmt so angegeben haben obwohl das bestimmt nicht gestimmt hat. Wir haben danach einen Zimmer mit gleicher Austattung trotzdem bekommen was für uns dann egal war. Das Parken ist mit einem Gebühr von 17€ pro Tag sehr hoch angemesesen.Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut. Das Aufenthalt war angenehm. Das Seeblick aus dem 4. Stock war ok. Sauberkeit war auch ok.

Das Comfortzimmer war leider nicht besonders groß und Schrankmöglichkeit für Zwei - 🤔 Die Dusche ließ zu wünschen übrig und auf dem Balkon kein Licht, keine Badetuch-Aufhängemöglichkeit. Hätte gerne Positiveres geschrieben. Die Krone sind 17 € pro Nacht für einen Parkplatz, den man ggf. nicht nutzen kann, weil besetzt; ist nicht dem Gast sein Problem. Wobei die meisten vom Personal versucht haben, das wett zu machen.

Die Zimmer waren gut, aber das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren schon sehr alt. Auch der Frühstücksraum wirkte veraltet und die Stühle waren schmutzig. Das Frühstück selbst war jedoch gut. Etwas seltsam war, dass für das Parken 17 € pro Nacht berechnet wurde, obwohl der Parkplatz leer war. Das fanden wir überhaupt nicht gut.
