โThe lady that checked me in was so friendly Iโd had a bad day and someone stole my wallet & she gave me free champagne. The bed was very comfortable. Itโs a bit of a maze getting around. But two staff members who be also very nice helped me. My restaurant experience was not great but everything else was.โ
โStayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldnโt cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If youโre a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...
โThe hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels!
The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again.โ
