I like to double check my reservation to avoid any surprises such as overbooking or no reservations received, so I had emailed the hotel prior to my stay and they were able to confirm my reservation which is already a plus for me. I stayed for one night and checked in late around 23:00 without any additional late check in fees. I chose the "Pay at Hotel" option and the receptionist was quick and efficient. We had a wonderful stay. Our balcony had a view of a small lake. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we liked the interesting layout of the hotel. We loved our dinner at their restaurant across the street. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the hotel.

This place is fantastic.... It feels like a fairytale, and since there's not that many rooms, it feels like you have the place to yourself. Absolutely beautiful grounds to explore, and the rooms feel very luxurious. Super comfy bedding too! Oh, and an amazing breakfast!

This is a lovely, beautiful, sparkling hotel. The restaurant is great. Dinner was a bit of a surprise as there's a distinct Asian touch to many dishes. The breakfast buffet is one of the most extensive I've seen. The rooms are huge, bathroom large, everything is clean and stylish. I especially liked the common lounge area with chairs and honor wine bar. It's in a small town away from the Mosel, but looks out to the vineyards on the hillside. Staff is great. I can highly recommend this hotel.
