โOutstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.โ
โThe Superior Suite room has a large room. The extra sofa bed is almost the size of a double bed. And the bathroom was very large and there were two. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.โ
โGstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year.โ
"The employee are not kind.
They said I couldn't check out before 7 a.m., so I checked out the night before. And the next morning, when I left at 6:30, there was no one at the front desk, so I took water from the regri at front desk. Suddenly, an employee came out and asked why I was taking water as I wanted, and said that I had to ask for it first.
There was no one around at the time so I had no choice but she treated me like a thief and ask if I was a hotel guest.
The staff didn't even ask us again if we needed water as we left, and I continued my trip in a very bad mood all day.
Another problem is that the hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Is this the guest's responsibility?
The room quality is not that good and the bathroom is too narrow. I will never visit this hotel again."
