"I'm not sure why this place has so few reviews. This place is great. There's a laundromat on the other side of the block, and if you're okay with hang drying the washer in the unit works great. Very quiet neighborhood and the unit was really comfortable. Wifi was so-so, usable, but won't blow you away.
