"This place is on its last legs. My room had no phone, the curtains had burn holes and the mobile air conditioner was extremely loud. The biggest concern was the condition of the room. Thankfully, I didn't find any bedbugs in the bed, but there were what appeared to be blood splatters on the ceiling. I requested a different room, but because of the Stampede, the hotel was fully booked and couldn't accommodate the request. The hotel is pet-friendly, and there were quite a few cats and dogs during my stay, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to pets. The only positives were the convenient location—it's within walking distance of the C Traim and only one stop from the Stampede grounds—and the fact that the bed appeared to be free of bedbugs. Overall, you get what you pay for these days."

"We had an amazing 2-night stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Banff and the main lakes. However, if you don’t mind the drive, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!"

"Hey there! So, the place was super tidy, and this really nice guy welcomed me right when I got there. He showed me around and was happy to give me all the deets I needed. Oh, and the kitchen? It was totally stocked!My bedroom was a little on the small side, but since there were other rooms open, I bet they come in different sizes! I can totally see myself staying there again with my family down the road if we need to. I'd absolutely recommend it and want to send a big thank you to the staff!"
