“Imagine paying €280/night without AC. They Switched us to two different rooms and still no AC. Temp was 34C, mind you. Gone over the previous reviews, It seems like this is a normal practice. They’ll tell you a technician will check it then they’ll leave a note that this can’t be fixed so they’ll switch you to another room where AC doesn’t work either and the cycle goes on until you give up.”
