"Absolutely stunning property, the rooms were big and clean, the staff loved working there, everyone was happy, the food was drink, the resort it self was amazing! We even bumped into locals who were staying as guests who said it was the best resort on the Gold Coast! "
"I used to live in the area, so everything was familiar and comfortable. The service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully I can book in again for my next trip to the Gold Coast as it definitely was value for money 👌"
"The Waterford location is amazing, there are not too many apartments where you can see whales from your balcony!
There are plenty of great dining options nearby on Tedder Avenue, plus the tram is also very close, so we didn't need to hire a car.
The room was spacious, and pool was amazing. "

10/10 Excellent
"The service reflects on the very long wait for ordered drinks, in the bar especially but also at breakfast"
"What a fantastic stay! I was worried about staying in a hotel room with all my family, but we did not even notice. Rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable beds. The fact you get access to SeaWorld as many times as you want, was amazing. It was not far to places. The staff were fantastic. All lovely especially the buffet breakfast staff. Even though there was a bit of a wait to get in there, the staff handled it all very well. Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend! "
"Very new and clean with a beautiful view of the water. Damage from the Cyclone was still impacting the pool but that didn't change my view that it is a great place to stay. A little further out from the main area of the Gold Coast which was perfect for us. We were doing the GC Half Marathon and the hotel was 900m from the start line which was awesome"
