"Very friendly staff and ease to integrate large TV as an external display to do work or display custom media. Bathrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. "Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didn’t have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻♂️
