“I just needed a simple place to stop and get some sleep, and this fit the bill. The registration staff were excellent—they were totally prepared for my arrival, and check-in was a breeze with zero issues. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was already cranking at a chilly 59 degrees when I walked in, which was great. “It looks like they are doing some remodeling... so any areas that were in question seem like they are getting fixed. It was a nice, clean room.”

“It didn’t start out well when we were given a room that was already occupied. Seemed to be a little confusion when fixing it. The room was fine but didn’t look like it had been dusted. The sink faucet needs to be fixed; I worried it would break (I let the staff know). Beds and pillows were comfortable and although there was noise from outside, the ac fan took care of that. “The room was clean and ok, the ac was good, and the mini fridge and microwave all worked. Bed was comfortable and TV was easy to use. The room seemed to be in the process of being renovated. The Toilet was a little odd and flushed funny. But all in all, the room was comfortable and would stay there again.”

“Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!”
