“I had the loveliest stay at Hotel Delga. The location is great - everything's walkable; the room was fantastic - clean, spacious, and quiet; the host is lovely - tremendously helpful; and Gaillac itself was serene - you really get to unplug from the bustle that inevitably comes with bigger cities. I would absolutely return here and suggest anyone going to bigger cities add a weekend getaway on at the backend of that. Castelnau-de-Montmiral was an especially lovely trip outside of Gaillac -...

“This is a wonderful place too stay with one drawback - there’s no restaurant which means driving to Gaillac too find somewhere to eat. Alternatively, the room has a mini-kitchen and there are ready-to-heat meals available - beautifully presented in glass jars…and the chateau’s own wines are excellent”

“I did not like that parking arrangements. You have to park the car up the road at one of the other hotels the inconvenience with luggage and stuff the rooftop Restaurant et cetera was closed and I think some of the staff doing the breakfast were not really up to hygiene one member of staff handed me us a spoon holding the end. I’ll put in my mouth so I had to wash it, I didn’t really think the hotel come up to the standard of previous ibis hotels we have stayed in.”

“The staff was super nice and friendly. The front desk people speak English and they accommodated us well according to our needs. They provided information about a free electric bus. The breakfast was good and the pool very refreshing. Thank you!”
