My wife and I chose Sanctuary Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. We travel frequently and have been fortunate to experience some of the finest luxury hotels around the world, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, and Raffles. These experiences have given us a deep appreciation for thoughtful design, refined service, exceptional dining, and the small details that make a stay truly memorable. We stayed in the brand-new tower, and the experience was spectacular. Our room was beautifully designed, modern, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. However, the views were undoubtedly the star of the show. Waking up to the Pacific Ocean each morning was breathtaking, and the scenery from our room and throughout the resort was unforgettable. The room was clean and top-notch, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. The staff was pleasant overall, but communication with butlers communication could use some improvement and could have been clearer, particularly regarding certain details Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Prefer the view of the NT rooftop
