"Front desk staff was great! But we had to change rooms 3 times. The first two were old and door broken/ no WiFi. The third room was actually like the picture in the advertisement. Very disappointed For a 9.2 star rated hotel . It is more like 3 star hotel depending on what room they give you."

"A great Hotel for adults only (16+) so super quiet and chill. Rooms and facilities like pool and sauna were excellent. Location is awesome- there's a lot of nature around and also only 10-15 mins away from Haifa. A great spot for a quick weekend getaway!"

Really clean and comfortable room, great breakfast as you'd expect, and while the service is a little Israeli-style, it was definitely the best service we've had at a hotel here.
