This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES!!! if you really want to feel like a million dollars and be treated like a King, PLEASE PLEASE and if you make it to Caracas, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL... The staff I can say hands down is the best I have ever seen in my life, even in movies... the Outstanding treatment we got from the moment we arrived was again out of this world, the facilities are nothing but incredible, the attention to detail has no words..
