Galveston Island State Park, West End hotel rooms at the Motel 6

"Ok, the staff charged me double for a deposit of $115.00. One has been removed, the other one is still ony account."

"Location is excellent. But the entire first floor is under construction which I don’t know about. Gym was inoperative. Breakfast is at the hotel next door. Rooms seemed dirty and floors slippery. Staff always seemed rude in their tone like you were bothering them. For the price paid it was a let down. "

"Ocean view, staff were amazing, location right on the beach within walking distance of almost everything. Facility is dated but clean. Comfy bed and pillows."

"A good value and kept clean but plan on spending some Uber money if you want to get around as it’s not in reasonable walking distance to any attractions or the beach. "
