"A good hotel to stay "

"Not too impressive with the view of the room we stayed in, the bathroom sink is clogging while at use, and the smells of the room is not good either, it’s like you’re at the hospital. "

"Cleaning staff were lovely, thoughtful, brought us extra nespresso. Had a nice window view down onto the brook. Hallways a bit dark, though, don't know why, and one front desk man tended to give answers to questions but didn't explain much; the women were great, though. Excellent breakfast! "

"Very nice location. Bus stop basically on property and promenade was right across the street. Easy walk to pubs and casino but bus was nice to get to the main part of town. Good bar food and nice to have drinks available on property. Used the pool area which was nice. "

"Staff at front desk were kind and helpful. Sorry I didn’t catch their names but she had lovely long curly hair and he had dark hair and brown eyes. So sweet! We loved the size of the room, the location and restaurant on property. Wish we could have stayed another couple days. Room was clean and had large shelf the length of the room which was helpful. "

"Enjoyed the stay, good sized room, all in good condition. Two areas for improvement; 1) Some of the hot food trays were not replenished at breakfast 30mins before breakfast ends and remained so until pointed out to the management who then took action to rectify. 2) No shampoo in the dispenser in the swimming pool gents showers. "

"Absolutely great B&B. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed during the whole stay. Really, really good and abundant breakfast with lots of options, friendly and flexible service, clean and spacious facilities and quiet location right next to city centre. Oh, and our shower was good with nice water pressure. It took maybe 6 - 8 minutes to walk from the main train station to this B&B. And it was approximately 9 minutes walk from this B&B to Eyre square, so location was really close to...

"Excellent and clean with minimal noise despite the construction. The tub was a little deep compared to the bathroom floor but otherwise it was all amazing. The communal areas were clean and the staff was very helpful in calling cabs and assisting the Uber eats guy with finding me lol. There is a bus stop right down the street that will take you into town. "
