Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oshawa Downtown - Toronto Area by IHG

"Very much enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express Oshawa. The hotel was clean, and well maintained, and our room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and always ready to provide any assistance necessary. A special thank you to Hailey, at the front desk, who checked regularly whether we were enjoying our stay, and offered any information or assistance we required. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and provided sufficient variety to meet all tastes. While regular coffee and teas were available throughout the day, I do wish that decaffeinated coffee was provided later in the day. Perhaps consider packets. The pool was not very large, but many guests seem to enjoy it. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating, but I do wish they would endeavour to finish rooms of guests staying longer than a day, by 1:00 pm. The one drawback to the location is that there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity. For those without a vehicle this could be an issue. Otherwise the hotel met all our needs, and we would happily book again."
