In this regard it is to inform you that Hotel Personal not allowed me to check-in in the hotel on 07.01.2025. They have informed me that they have cancelled my booking and accordingly inform you (Hotel.com) also about the same through their email on 06.01.2025.

"A nice hotel with basics for frequent travelers. Provides all the amenities, decent food, in good location, in heart of Nagpur and in well known area. But some basics were missing like body lotion, hair dryer, which could be provided at a minimal cost. "
