“A fantastic hotel in a great location. Easy to find with ample car parking at the rear. Warm welcome at reception and friendly efficient service. Room was immaculate and very well maintained. Great night’s sleep, quiet location and comfortable bed. Breakfast was fab, staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and would happily stay there again. “Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. “This were lovely rooms (we booked two, as there was a group of four of us) and they were identical, except one had a shower, the other a bath. They were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfy. Staff were very helpful, it is worth noting they don't serve food on Sundays but we were guided to a local pub within five minutes walk as an alternative. ”

“Rebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need she’s there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!”

“This hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. There is a restaurant in the hotel which you can book once you have checked in . Communication from all the staff was outstanding during my stay. There is a lift inside the hotel. They also do bar meals. This hotel is a 40 minute walk to Oliver's Mount. I would stop here again ”

“We'd had a bad experience with another hotel requiring us to move at short notice. The service at here was infinitely better. Comfy spacious rooms with everything you'd ask for. Staff were friendly and the food was very good. Breakfast was brilliant and parking availability couldnt be better. Very pleased we stayed here and thank you for having us.”
