"This place is the perfect getaway from the city if you want to relax and listen to the sound of water flowing down the stream, birds chirping and waking up to a forest view. I stayed in the red room, which had a HUGE deck, perfect for doing yoga and meditation, though it is a little old as well as the furniture. "We had a great stay here with some friends. The studio is well equipped and comfortable. The owners are really lovely and went out of their way to help us and make our stay nice. The location is fairly remote so need a car or happy to stay put. We were happy to stay put and we bbqed there. "

"친절함은 정말 최고입니다만, 예약 접수부터 관리까지가 좀 부실하네요. 특히 숙소 관리에 세심한 주의가 필요할 듯합니다. 태기산 아래에 있어 여름철에는 시원하겠지만, 겨울에는 무척 춥지 않을까 싶습니다. 봉평 메밀밭 관광길에 들러서 1박 하였는데, 숙소의 청결도가 낮았습니다. 와이파이 공유기가 없어 요청하였더니 즉시 설치해 주셨습니다. 불편사항은 즉시즉시 조치해 주시는 친절하셨는데, 단체로 오시는 다중 고객 위주로 서비스를 진행하다보니 개인, 소가족 단위 방문객에 대한 서빙이 부족해 보입니다. "

"'더시크릿 양평'을 예약했고 체크인 당일까지 이용안내 문자 조차 없어서 불안한 마음에 기재된 연락처로 전화했지만 통화가 불가했습니다. 이미 출발한 터라 취소할 상황도 아니어서 결국 호텔스닷컴을 통해 연락을 취할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 온수 고장으로인해 이용할 수 없으니 운영하는 또다른 숙소인 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 가서 체크인하라고 하더군요. (체크아웃날 관리회사에서 연락을 주기로 했으나, 일주일이 지나도 연락이 없는 상황입니다.) 하는 수없이 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 갔는데 예약했던 컨디션보다 떨어지는 룸이었고 현관문 열쇠 잠금도 어려울 정도로 노후된 시설에, 에어컨이 고장나서 꺼지지 않았고, 고장님 LED등이며, 욕실 곰팡이며 1박 20만원대라고는 생각할 수 없을 정도의 상태였습니다. 야외 바베큐 기기 세척상태도 그렇고, 그 옆의 의자와 테이블엔 거미줄이 잔뜩 쳐져 있어서 휴지로 닦고 앉는 것조차 힘든 상황이었습니다. "

"일정 변경 으로 급하게 예약 한 숙소 인데 숙소 도착 직전 연락 해보니 예약 된 숙소 는 이미 마감 되었고 좀더 나은방 이 있는데 금액 이 추가 된다고 하여 늦은 시간 이어서 어쩔수 없이 추가된 금액 을 현금 으로 지불 하고 여장 을 풀고 씻고 나니 방안 에 집게 벌레 가 서너 마리 가 죽거나 기어 다니고 있어 주인장 을 불러 물어 보니 며칠전 연기 소독 을 하였는데 나온것 같다며 전날 에도 다른 사람 이 묵어 갔는데 문제 가 없었다고 했다. 이젠 괜찮을거라 해서 믿고 불안한 마음 에 그냥 자고 아침 에 보니 또 몇마리 가 기어 나와 죽거나 기어 다니고 있었다. 요금 도 그랬고 벌레 또한 찝집한 상태 로 매우 불쾌한 마음 이 한동안 가시지 않아서 다시 는 가지도 않겠지만 예약 Site 도 불신감 이 생겨 이용 하지 않을 생각 이다."

"침대와 침구가 무척 좋았고, 예약했던 스카이로얄 객실은 양쪽 각 방에 욕실이 따로 있어서 친구와 반려견과 함께하기 더할 나위없이 좋았습니다. 체크인도 항상 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 기분 좋게 하고, 방문할때마다 조금씩 개선되어있는 환경이나 좀더 잘 정비해놓는 것을 보니 갈때마다 기대가 됩니다. "
