Location is best. Scene from window is great. Room is average. Less options in room and property. Budget friendly if compare to other hotels and pensions in peak season. Property owner is nice and kind. Less option for food. Its near to petite France (5 mins).

Room was clean and reasonable price. BE AWARE, there is no check in desk, no contact from owners ahead of time to explain check in, nobody to talk to when you arrive. The name of the hotel shown on Expedia is nowehere on the actual building(s) on the property. If you arrive at night like i did, you'll be wandering around wondering which building your room is in or if you're even in the right place. Ultimately i stumbled into the right building and went to my room number and found the key in the door. A fine system i guess if its properly explained ahead of time. River view was nice. Quiet area. Looks fun for kids and families with pool and jet skis.
