“본인의 부주의로 호텔 체크인시간이후이7시50분경에도착하였으며 이후전화를10여통이상 30 분에걸쳐 하였으나 전화를 받지않아 하는수없이 부근의 다른숙소를 잡아투숙하였으며 돌아와서 연락이되지를않아서 입실을못하였으니일부라도 환불이되지않겠냐고문의한 결과 8시30분까지직원이있었으니환불이불가능하다는 통지를받음 이는사실과다르며본인은 7시50분경도착하였으머 저화를한 통화기록도갖고있음 이런아퍼트호텔에투숙하실분은 각별한주의를요합니다 ”

“Lage Lage Lage Ruhig und mondäner Ort. Durch die perfekte Lage (Blick auf den See, wir hatten das große Appartement) ohne groß Verkehr ideal für die die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Dennoch an der Promenade immer was los. Wasser perfekt sauber und das gilt auch für den Rest des Ortes. Unterkunft war perfekt, Ausblick, Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Frühstück gibt es aufs Zimmer und Abend kann an unten in der angeschlossenen Pizzeria lecker essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“We had the most wonderful stay at Il Sogno. Our room was very clean and spacious, with an amazing balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and gave us a lot of great tips for local places to visit. Breakfast was great, fresh and coffee was quality. “Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! We loved how convenient the location was — right in the heart of the old town and just a short 5-minute walk to the ferry lines. The apartment is also close enough to the train station; the walk from the station to the apartment was very pleasant, taking only about 15 minutes downhill. For our return, we asked Tiziano to arrange a taxi since the walk back was uphill, and that worked out perfectly. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby,...

“Hotel in very nice location at the lake. Wonderful view. Houses and apartments are very clean. Nice garden. In summer very crowded. Houses are older with old bathrooms but funtionable. Flexible booking possible with one day stay.”

“The two bedroom apartment was great for our family. The property was perfectly clean and is set in some beautiful surrounds. Would definitely stay again if in the Garda area. ”

“The whole place is a little tired but perfectly functional and the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The main complaint is the other guests who swarmed the pool area, left rubbish everywhere and were a genuine nuisance. Not much the staff can do about that. They were mainly Dutch and Danish which surprised me. I expected better from them. ”
