The room was clean and a great location- about a mile walk into all the shops and restaurants on the Gatlinburg strip. Thin walls between rooms, so we heard everything from the neighboring room. Our microwave flipped the breaker and we were out of power for a very short while, as it was fixed promptly. However, we were nervous to use the microwave again after that. The room was very worth the value.

We stayed for one night. Check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was no clear signage directing us to our room, which made it difficult to find—we ended up having to return to the front desk for assistance. The room was generally clean and orderly, but the bathroom needed more attention. There were long black hairs left behind from a previous guest, and the space showed signs of wear and tear, needing some basic maintenance. Overall, we would not choose to stay here again.

Last minute holiday getaway...

The two gentleman at check in were so sweet. One of them actually walked us to our room so we found it. The room was small but quaint. It was very clean. The only problem we had was our upstairs neighbors being extremely loud the first night. We liked it so much we extended our stay another night. We will definitely be back again in the future.

This was a cute property, it’s older but clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. It has private homes, scattered around the property, which is a little different. There’s 1 parking space per cottage. It’s a nice little quiet area in the middle of the bustle of Gatlinburg. We had a porch that overlooked a creek and it was all wooded and shaded. There are free roam chickens and roosters. You do get woken up by the roosters so keep that in mind. We were not use the pool or hot tub but they have that available. there’s a small kids playground. It’s just before the crowds of Gatlinburg, but plenty of restaurants to walk to. Including a Thai restaurant, which is right next-door. We had a 2 bedroom cottage. It was the upper level of a building. One of the beds was in a separate bedroom. The other was in the main room w/ a tiny kitchenette. They actually had really great window coverings, they were pulled down shades with realistic photos of bears and trees, etc. Made it nice and dark for sleeping. The area felt very safe there are about, according to the front desk staff, seven bears local to the area. We saw two of them in the parking lot. They did hang out in the tree a little bit near the parking lot. We would absolutely stay there again if we went back to Gatlinburg. It would be great for more than a couple day stay

I absolutely loved sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee while enjoying the riverview. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked that our suite had a wall separating the bedroom from the living room/kitchen, which gave it a more spacious feel. We also enjoyed the fireplace inside the living room which we used every day.

Convenience and comfort

It felt like a cozy cabin and thats exactly what I wanted. Conveniently located near the 3rd stoplight in Gatlinburg. Lots to do within walking distance. I went to see the 4th of July midnight parade and the route took it right in front of the property. Comfy bed, great A/C with a balcony along the creek. Its my go to place when staying in Gatlinburg.
