"Nice room. Fair price. Mostly awesome staff, other than the one lady at reception - on Sunday (August 16) morning who wouldn't let me use their restroom in an emergency situation (medical thing) and sent me to thw indoor pool which (she had to know) was locked. She is the sole reason I can't give the location a 5, and we may not be back."
