Enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed the cabin stay very much. Our only issues were no ice maker or ice trays so had to go buy some and we left for next people. Bedroom TV was difficult to figure out and operate. Ac worked great and place was clean and comfortable.

First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does not. These things along with welcoming pets is why we chose to stay there over another place. You can imagine I was very disappointed when i spoke to the man who called to check to see if everything was okay and i asked where these things were, to have him tell me that they do not have that at all. I do hope that y'all will be able to correct this miscommunication on all listings.

Pine Needles #6 A must stay in the Smokies!

Our stay at Pine Needles #6 was phenomenal! Super friendly staff, cabin was immaculate, all the conveniences of home! We never wanted to leave. We will definitely rent from Eden Crest again!

When searching for accommodations for this trip, I specifically filtered to find a cabin with a hot tub. This one said it had two which I thought was great! Except the indoor hot tub had a sign in it that said “out of order” upon our arrival. We were sent check-in instructions and our cabin assignment probably 5 days or so before we got there, so there would’ve been plenty of time for them to let us know so we could adjust our accommodations or choose something different entirely, but they chose not to tell us that. They said the outside hot tub was operational though. However, it was not located on the deck like the hot tubs of most of the other cabins. Instead, it was located with this wooden structure on one side of it, the kind that try to hide a dumpster location. Which was fitting, because the garbage can was on the other side of that. On top of having to walk away from the cabin to get to it, it was facing towards the road and not very private. Also, the furniture in the cabin was completely different than the photos on the listing. The pictures show it looking much nicer than it actually is. Furniture and decor all felt rather cheap. I would just feel bad for anyone who booked this for like a romantic getaway or honeymoon thinking it looked nice only to end up disappointed. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Good place to get away

It was a great stay in a little cabin. It was as secluded as I originally thought but still away. The couch was peeling the leather off a little but we just threw a blanket over it. Overall it was very nice!

I love this cabin. We traveled for my birthday with no kids. It was very nice. Although they say all cabins come with washer and dryer this one did not have one. They could update the couches they are quite worn down other than that It was magnificent.
