โAmazing view of snow capped mountains from our room. A very comfortable, clean room with a balcony. If heating is needed, a heater can be hired per day. Hot water can be a bit slow to begin but does heat up. The staff here were amazing and my thanks to all. Excellent room service and kitchen/restaurant staff who kept us very well fed. โMaybe more than 200 hotel out there, but if u need space for yourself to enjoy mountain with ur famaly then this may be best one. But its not the cheap one for sureโ
โSarthak is 9km far from mall road and you will not find any auto to goto mall road.hotel provides a maruti van for a charge of Rs300/- for oneside.honeymoon valley rooms are good.even pine valley view rooms are good except few of the rooms like(r.no 211,212,213)..Food is ok.if you want to stay away from crowd and spend most of the time in hotel and you have own transport facility then its good hotel..staff are good.โ
โThis hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room.
Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful.
This is fine for a 2-star hotel and should charge as such. โ
