I just love how quiet and cozy this place at your heart in general is. It's easy to drive to Astoria to go shopping. Go out for a meal. Come back for a nap and less than 20 minutes. I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. Enjoy a round of golf in Gearhart at Gearhart Golf Links. Wander the beautiful beaches and seaside in this family-friendly area.
We bought food to have for breakfast and on the third day about half the food turned up missing. This wa unsettling to us. Management didn't seem concerned. Perhaps they didn't believe us. They checked the badge lock. Only the cleaning crew.
Golf course McMennimans are first rate. Gearhart is a slower tranquil place great scenery and close to Seaside and Astoria.
