“The room was small and dungeon like at the very peak f the building. It required a climb of the equivalent of five stories to get to it. The floor was not clean. There was no hot water even after running the tap for five minutes. The room was hot no A/C which was understandable, but no operational windows nor fan.”

“We stayed in room 60 at Silken Thomas for 3 nights, the room was lovely, the food was excellent, we had private parking, with code entry, behind the property. But the best part of the holiday was the staff, they were all lovely, especially the owner Brian, and even more so, his wife Beata. Beata could not be any nicer, she made us feel so welcome, nothing was any bother. In a restaurant that was really busy every night, she would come over asking how we were. But the thing that impressed me more...
