The Owners and staff are really lovely and helpful. Had a great sleep, super comfy bed_woke up feeling like a queen and the grounds are well kept. Unbelievably good value.

close to spirit of Tasmania, convenient area, in a noisy location near main road, condition of room fair, carpet at front door freyed and a trip hazard, room smells musty, beds too soft, no bedside lamps,room appeared cluttered.

This was a last minute decision to stay here for my wife’s birthday. We chose this place due to the pool- for the kids! The lady at the counter was very nice- she offered us the 3 bedroom house- very clean and comfortable. But old and musky smell- couldn’t stay in one room due to the smell. The location of the house was next to a busy intersection- so couldn’t sleep due to cars and trucks flying past- plus the driveway is next to a blind corner- we nearly got smashed twice coming out of the driveway. The kids couldn’t swim as the pool was so rundown- green dirty bottom and broken tiles- and couldn’t sit outside - there was broken fly screens on the table. Like I said it was clean (apart from 100 smoke butts still in the ashtray on our balcony) and comfortable- but for $380 for one night- spend the extra $20 and stay at quest or similar. Never again!

Look this place is like a little gem tucked away, the rooms are perfect for tradies and for holiday stayers. Doesn’t seem like it but in complex it has pools, o suits and it’s jus a quiet surburban motel
