Was a rigmarole to get a room when finally got keys to room it wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests. Had to call John he got us another room which wasn’t what we asked for no spa bath etc. no soap in shower and no flannels. Tv in bedroom was damaged remote didn’t work curtains were a shambles no privacy in the lounge with blinds. The car parking was ridiculous all round worst experience ever will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Car parking was terrible, it was so tight to get to the assigned park. Room is very dated. Shutters falling off hinges. So couldn’t block out light or rooms next door looking in No window in 2nd bedroom. No dining table Can only see obstructed water view from the balcony and bedroom window, not living room Shower over spa, not suitable for older guests as spa is very deep Construction site in front of balcony, had to have to door shut to minimise noise Great location

Property is fine. Great location and as described. The problem is the host John and trying to arrange checkin. I get it was a busy day, but you need to have a system, process and communication with guests to get people into their accommodation at a reasonable time, given that is what they are actually paying for. Rang to see if we could checkin at 2pm ( meant to be 3pm) and was told not sure because its busy and rooms arent ready. You have to wait for contact from them to get access to the property as no reception onsite. Heard nothing and eventually just went to the property around 4pm and found a staff member who let us in and advised the room had been cleaned the day prior, so was available from anytime that day. Eventually got our checkin details via email at 420pm. Just a little frustrating and not a great way to start your holiday. Seems mine isnt an isolated experience from people i spoke with at the property and other reviews I have since read online.

It’s a bigger apartment, but it needs some work. Tap was leaking benches have cracks in them. The bathtub needs some attention. It wasn’t left overly clean but I think that’s more the age of everything than the cleanliness.

Apartment not as described No Bay view it was a park view if you lent over the balcony you could glimpse water through the trees just A very tired unit that needs updating Bathroom bench top completely cracked and not safe Check in was supposed to be three pm and we didn’t get in until after 5 as cleaners were working hard to get everything done Not worth paying extra for this unit like we did So many better places to stay at the waterfront at a better rate We were both very disappointed

Property is in a great location and is well appointed. If I were to say a negative, that would be the shower / spa bath didn’t drain as fast as the shower , leaving a pool of water which eventually subsided and the leak around the taped shower frame which I hadn’t noticed until it contacted my dry clothes

Great position, secure. No traffic noise. Shower over a deep spa bath could be a problem getting in and out for older person. Needs a bit of maintenance on shutters, doors. I like a room you can black out and that was a problem. A humming noise through the room I had.

Fantastic location, but the property is a bit tired; one of the blinds in the living room was broken, so at street level people could see in. However for us the main letdown was the room situation. You pay for beds, not rooms, and we were a bit confused when we got a message about extra bedding costs (even though we booked via Expedia for our party). It was quickly resolved and the communication was excellent. For a short stay this property does the trick, but longer stays may disappoint.

Then couldnt access private parking. Until late at night. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom spotless. Heating good. Very very noisy from being on main street.

For the amount we paid we were really disappointed with the stay. The apartment is outdated, furniture is old, dirty and broken. Needs a really good clean all over. The ensuite shower is near un usable with the water turning cold every 30-40seconds, the shower still had sand in it from the people who stayed last. The crack on the sink area is just dangerous as 1/4 of the stone is completely broken. Communication was poor, we weren’t able to access the property until after 4pm. Wouldn’t stay again.
