"We stayed for two nights. The hotel’s photos are misleading they show a newer lakeside property that is actually a different section not included in our booking. For a 4-star hotel, the room was very basic: no fridge or kettle, and the furniture felt old and cheap. While the room was clean and breakfast was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price. Access from the parking is also inconvenient, with multiple doors and stairs, making it difficult with luggage. Overall, it felt like the expectations set by the photos were much higher than the reality."

Breakfast room is spacious with a fabulous balcony overlooking the valley and mountains beyond. Food is fresh and plentiful. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

Families will especially appreciate the great playground and toys for the kids, which kept our little ones entertained for hours. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the sauna was a great way to unwind at the end of the day."
